With many years of therapy experience, our providers specialize in working with children, teens and adults on challenges with everyday life stressors and changes, anxiety, depression, and trauma as well as therapy for others in the mental health community.

Initial Clinical Assessment
Online or in-person, this time will be spent learning more about your background, struggles and planning together for your therapy goals and frequency of treatment. This is the first step to beginning ongoing therapy sessions.
60 mins | $185
Individual Therapy
Online or in-person, these sessions are on-going and focus on helping you achieve your goals through exploration of your feelings, thoughts and sources of distress.
30, 45, 60 min sessions | $85-$165
