What insurance do you accept?

All of our therapists accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) insurance plans as well as private pay options.

Where are you located?

Flawsome Counseling is located at 2575 N Ankeny Blvd, Ankeny, Iowa. We are at the very end of a long office complex. The outside signs read Revive Academy and Studios by Stefanie. Can’t make it in-person? No problem, we also offer telehealth sessions.

How long does it take?

Most sessions last 45-60 minutes depending on client needs. Length of time involved in therapy depends on your needs as a client. Feel free to discuss progress and estimated length of time in service with your therapist.

Can I talk to my therapist between appointments?

Absolutely! Feel free to reach out to your therapist anytime via phone, text or email. They will do their best to respond within 24 hours to most messages during the work week. If you ever have an emergency outside of these hours, we encourage you to call 988 or 911 for immediate assistance.
